Getting Started is Easy.

Here’s what we need:

  1. 20 μg of each protein of interest
  2. Reference sequence(s) in FASTA
  3. The sample should be reasonably pure and not a polyclonal mixture.

Don’t have the sequence yet?

  • Derive the sequence directly from the protein sample using REmAb® monoclonal sequencing or REpAb® polyclonal sequencing and discovery.
  • Published sequences are available online. Check the antibody databases.
  • If it’s a commercial antibody, ask your vendor to MATCHmAbTM it.
