How It Works.
Our antibody discovery platform offers a complete suite of services to take you from immunization and de novo polyclonal antibody (pAb) sequencing, through to recombinant mAb expression, mAb characterization and ultimately lead selection.
Our unique technology allows antibody discovery by sequencing proteins directly from a complex mixture, using only mass spectrometry. We call this REpAb®. Leverage the entire natural immune response and begin the search for your lead molecule directly from functional native circulating antibodies.
Species Agnostic Antibody Discovery Service
We can work with many species, including human antibodies and humanized animal. We are experienced in rabbit, alpaca, sheep, dog, chicken, human, and goat. Working with protein means you can test interaction with homologous targets in other model species early in your discovery campaign.
Immunization
We have experience with tolerance breaking strategies such as using novel immunization, adjuvant and modification techniques to elicit an immune response. Additionally, a unique advantage of the REpAb® platform for tolerance busting is using different host species to raise antibodies against conserved proteins.
