Dr. Jinrui Gan earned her PhD in analytical chemistry, specializing in the development of analytical methods to enhance sensitivity, selectivity, and efficiency in proteomics using mass spectrometry. With over 13 years of expertise, she has applied mass spectrometry techniques to advance protein and antibody characterization. Her experience spans de novo sequencing, intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, glycosylation identification, disulphide bond analysis and post-translational modification analysis for monoclonal antibodies and antibody drug conjugates. She has extensive experience within the therapeutic realm, as well as experience within a CDMO company with a GMP setup, where her expertise has played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and maintaining quality standards.
