We encourage everyone to exercise caution when responding to such unsolicited messages, and offer the following advice to help navigate any uncertainty.

Please note that Rapid Novor does not send unsolicited job offers, and we never request payment at any stage of the recruitment process. Always exercise caution when clicking on links, downloading attachments or providing any sensitive information if you are unsure of the source of the request.

Recruitment Process

All candidates will participate in one or more interviews, conducted virtually or in person with Rapid Novor employees, before any offer is made. Unsolicited job offers or offers made without an interview process are likely fraudulent.

Rapid Novor does not use recruiters or third parties to submit LinkedIn resumes on behalf of applicants.

Hiring Emails

Rapid Novor only uses one domain for email accounts (example@rapidnovor.com). Emails from addresses that do not exactly match the @rapidnovor.com domain (for example, @career-rapidnovor.com) are likely fraudulent.

Web Security

Official Rapid Novor communications will not direct you to websites outside the rapidnovor.com domain.

Candidates must apply only through our applicant tracking system hosted on ADP. Requests to apply through other websites or platforms are likely fraudulent.
