How It Works.
The REmAb® de novo antibody sequencing workflow delivers the complete antibody sequence, including CDRs, with unparalleled accuracy and reliability. Starting with just 100μg of purified antibody, the sample undergoes multi-enzyme digestions and the fragments are measured with LC-MS/MS to derive the de novo peptide sequences. These fragments are then analyzed by Rapid Novor’s suite of bioinformatics algorithms to assemble the full-length antibody sequences of any isotype.
Our unique de novo workflow allows us to determine the full antibody sequence with hundreds of overlapped peptides without requiring a database or sequence library for reference or homology.
